REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Policy
Terarium LLC provides AI development services, software tools, integrations, and consulting. Due to the nature of digital and custom-built solutions, most purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. Custom Development Projects
Payments for custom AI development, integrations, prototypes, consulting, or tailored solutions are non-refundable, because:
  • work begins immediately after payment or contract acceptance
  • resources and engineering time are allocated
  • deliverables are custom-built for the Client and cannot be resold
Cancellation terms may be individually defined in the signed service agreement for the project.

3. Subscription-Based Services
If Terarium offers subscription tools or digital dashboards:
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable, even if the User does not use the service
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing
  • No partial refunds for unused periods

4. AI Consulting / Strategy Sessions / Workshops
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

5. EU Consumer Rights (if applicable)
If you are an EU consumer purchasing a non-custom digital product, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right unless:
  • you request that we begin providing the service immediately, or
  • the product is made uniquely for you
By purchasing any digital product and beginning to use it, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right may not apply.

6. How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

  • Full name
  • Email used for purchase
  • Order/Invoice number
  • Reason for the request
