Terarium does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or any other regulated professional advice. All outputs, insights, and AI-generated content are provided for informational and operational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for how you interpret or use any information generated through our Services.

7.2 Performance of AI Systems
AI technologies may generate incorrect, incomplete, or unpredictable outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or “hallucinations.”
• You are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of outputs before relying on them.
• You use all AI systems and results at your own risk.

7.3 No Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• accuracy or reliability
• uninterrupted or error-free operation
• correction of defects
• absence of viruses or harmful components

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

• reliance on AI-generated content
• service interruptions caused by factors outside our control

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.6 Security Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee that files or data transmitted through our Services will be free from viruses, malicious code, or security vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for your own system security.

7.7 Additional Terms for Custom Projects
For custom development projects, including bespoke AI solutions, tailored integrations, and client-specific deliverables, the scope of warranties, limitations of liability, performance guarantees, and associated risk allocations may be individually negotiated and governed by the specific written service agreement or contract executed between you and Terarium.

This means that any custom or enterprise project may include separate, customized clauses that prevail over the general disclaimers in this section where explicitly agreed in writing.


8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• All code, software, models, workflows, and tools developed by Terarium remain our exclusive intellectual property.
• Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute any part of our Software or deliverables without our written approval.

For custom projects, IP ownership terms may be governed by the individual contract.


9. Third-Party Services
